Miso Hummus Mushroom Sandwich

Thank you Little Northern Bakehouse for sponsoring this post!

Little Northern Bakehouse’s Whole Grain Wide Slice is the loaf of bread that convinced me gluten-free could be delicious, healthy and affordable. I buy it every week at Costco. It’s so good, you won’t notice it’s gluten-free. It just tastes good.

This bread is filled with nourishing fibre-rich ingredients like psyllium, pea fibre and a whole grain blend that help with good digestion, and is the foundation for today’s quick and easy Miso Mushroom Sandwich recipe.

It’s also part of their line of plant-based, vegan loaves made from whole foods, along with White Wide Slice, Seeds and Grains, Cinnamon & Raisin Loaf, Millet & Chia Loaf, Sprouted 7 Grain Loaf and Sprouted Honey Oat Loaf.

Be sure to check your local grocery store or or shop online for Little Northern Bakehouse’s Sweet Hawaiian Wide Slice. Its soft, delicately sweet, full-size slices taste like they’ve been kissed by a warm, Hawaiian breeze. Enjoy this vegan, allergy-friendly loaf in saucy BBQ sandwiches or tropical french toasts.

Also, don’t forget to save yourself time and look for the gluten-free symbol at the bottom of the loaf. Little Northern Bakehouse products are 100% certified gluten-free. The peace of mind gluten-free certification gives someone like me with Celiac disease is everything. The worry of ‘being glutened’ disappears for me and my family. Their delicious products are also suitable for a gluten intolerance or a food allergy like a peanut or a tree nut.

Little Northern Bakehouse breads are also certified as glyphosate residue free and display the bio-checked non-glyphosate certified seal (insert link here). What does this seal mean? It means unbiased third-party testing will ensure the absence of this chemical.
