My two pugs would disagree but vegetables are your best friends. They improve your digestive health and keep you healthy whether you're a vegan, vegetarian or meat-eater. You’ll be eating (and loving) more vegetables, legumes, nuts and/or seeds (no matter what diet restrictions you have) and hopefully reaching your recommended daily amount of fibre.  And you know what more fibre means don’t you? Sure you do.
