Dill Pickle Hummus

⅓ cup (80 mL) pickle juice
⅓ cup (80 mL) tahini
1 (14 oz / 398 mL) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
5 baby dill pickles, chopped
1 to 2 garlic cloves
1-½ cups (375 mL) spinach
In a food processor, add pickle juice and tahini. Blend together well.
Add chickpeas, pickles and garlic to the tahini mixture. Blend well again.
Add spinach and pulse together until the hummus mixture is smooth and creamy.
