Blueberry Hibiscus Kombucha Smash

Ingredients:
Blueberry Syrup:
2 cups (500 mL) fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup (125 mL) freshly squeezed orange juice
Blueberry Hibiscus Kombucha Smash:
1 ice cube
1 oz (30 mL) blueberry syrup
2 oz (60 mL) Wild Tea Kombucha’s Blueberry Hibiscus cider
1 oz (30 mL) ginger beer
Method:
Blueberry Syrup:
In a small pot, over medium high heat, bring blueberries and orange juice to a boil. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until blueberries pop (if using fresh blueberries).
Strain through a fine mesh sieve. Store blueberry syrup for up to a month.
Blueberry Hibiscus Kombucha Smash:
In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, blueberry syrup, cider and ginger beer. Stir until combined.
Pour into a coupe glass. Serve cold.
