Peanut Butter Hazelnut & Chocolate Energy Balls

Number of Servings: 12, 1-inch energy balls
1 cup (~ 8) dates, pitted
¼ cup (60 mL) hazelnuts, whole
3 tbsp (45 mL) natural peanut butter
¼ cup (60 mL) mini chocolate chips
1 tbsp (15 mL) cacao nibs
2 tbsp (30 mL) hemp hearts
½ cup (120 mL) gluten-free rolled oats or quinoa flakes
In a food processor, pulse dates and hazelnuts together until it forms a ball. Transfer to a large bowl.
Add peanut butter, chocolate chips, cacao nibs, hemp hearts, and rolled oats to the date mixture. Mix together.
Roll into 1-inch (2.54cm) balls and chill in the fridge for at least fifteen minutes.
