Is breakfast still the most important meal of the day?

Breakfast is brain fuel, and what you eat for breakfast is as important as eating it.

This Little Northern Bakehouse bagel recipe is an upgrade on the classic peanut butter, jelly and banana sandwich. If you’ve got ten minutes, then you’ve got time to make this recipe! It’s worth it. Promise.

It’s a fun bagel sandwich layered with caramelized banana, blueberry compote and a seed butter like WOWBUTTER or tahini.

A good bagel sandwich is only as good as the bagel it’s made from. Today’s recipe features Little Northern Bakehouse’s Gluten Free Everything Bagels. It’s part of their line of plant-based, vegan bagels and is available along with Plain, Cinnamon Raisin and Blueberry Bagels. All four bagels are made with nourishing ingredients like psyllium husk and pea fibre that help with good digestion. No wonder there’s 5 to 6 grams of fibre per bagel!

Little Northern Bakehouse products are certified gluten-free. The peace of mind gluten-free certification gives someone like me with Celiac disease is everything. Their delicious products are also suitable for a gluten intolerance or a food allergy (like a peanut or tree nut allergy.)

Have you heard the phrase, ‘This tastes good for gluten-free’? Yeah, I have too. Little Northern Bakehouse promises that their products are just good. Period. I’d like to thank Little Northern Bakehouse for making and keeping that promise. This is one of the main reasons we eat this brand on repeat in our household.

Little Northern Bakehouse breads are also certified as glyphosate residue free and display the bio-checked non-glyphosate certified seal (insert link here). What does this seal mean? It means unbiased third-party testing will ensure the absence of this chemical.
