Cranberry Oat Muffins

3 Days to Christmas! That’s 72 hours away. Are you ready? If you answered YES, I salute you with my coffee and Bailey’s. Cheers! If you answered NO (pssst I’m there for you) and want a recipe in 30 minutes, you’ve come to the right place.

The holidays are all about feelings of ‘home.’ What does home mean to you? Hmm. Is that a loaded question? Let’s simplify. If you had only 3 words to describe home, which ones would you choose? I would pick family, friends and food. The magic of food is how it makes us feel. Can you resist that comforting feeling of oats (combined with the Christmasy look of vibrant red cranberries) on a cold winter day? . Win right? One more win is that these muffins are good for you. And who doesn’t like that around the holiday season?
